Work with me

Most people work with me in one or more of the following ways:

1:1 coaching

How we do ‘being inclusive’ is personal – we are all different in our make-up.

I believe the most effective way of developing the insight and behaviour we need is through a 1:1 coaching relationship. This gives you the space to share and reflect on what you get right and get wrong in your everyday experience, and receive support that brings the best out of you.

Group coaching

Group coaching works especially well for peer groups of leaders and managers at all levels, and is a powerful way of accelerating the culture change process that a greater focus on inclusion necessitates.

I can tailor my approach in a way which complements the leadership competence frameworks present in many corporate environments, blending individual learning pathways with the peer group support essential to effective leadership development

Workshops and webinars

Whether a ‘bite-size’ session focused on a specific topic or extended facilitation over a day or more, I design and deliver what you need, and am comfortable working in person or virtually

Keynote speaking

If you’re at the start of the process of engaging hearts and minds on inclusion, a thought-provoking, engaging keynote address is a great way to start.  I can tailor my approach for groups numbering from the tens into the hundreds.

Bespoke consulting

My experience encompasses strategy development and implementation in commercial, public service, and social enterprise settings, so I cover the product and service dimensions of inclusion alongside the workforce and culture angles.

Regardless of the format you choose, you’ll get something which is tailored to your context and will help you develop your unique inclusion narrative.  Success in this space is geared around the right approach for you rather than off-the-shelf  ‘best practice’ – one size really doesn’t fit all, in truth it fits no-one.

I look forward to working with you.
