I’m a coach, educator, speaker, and author.  

My work is all about leadership and inclusion. I believe that the best way to lead people at work is to be inclusive, and being inclusive requires us to lead ourselves and others. So they are intimately linked.

Inclusion starts with the recognition that what we have in common is that we are all different. That matters because we are all at our best – in work and in life – when our uniqueness is fully recognised and embraced. 

So inclusion is a basic human need. We all long to belong.  

The good news is that we know how to be inclusive. The road ahead is about being ever more so.

Learning to be more inclusive is the key to how we will grow and flourish as people in the 21st century.  

I’m skilled in designing and enhancing learning about inclusion for individuals and teams at work. My goal is getting better people to do better work.

That means healthy relationships – where people are the best version of themselves, understand each other as human beings and colleagues, and get the job done well.
