I work with experienced adults navigating life’s third quarter. People who have built real capability, earned genuine wisdom, and arrived at a point where the question isn’t whether they can do something meaningful — it’s what that should be, and how to map a way there.
That question is one I know from the inside. It arrived for me in my fifties, with some force. Working through it led me to train as a coach and to build a practice specifically around this kind of transition — the kind that doesn’t come with a clear road map, and where what you’ve accumulated is the starting point, not the problem.
My background is in education, organisational development, and inclusion — fields that are, at root, about helping people understand themselves more clearly and act with more intention. That thinking shapes everything I do now.
The Next Chapter Method™ is the framework I’ve developed through this work. It’s a structured approach to helping experienced adults move from uncertainty to intentional action — with a clear eye on what the next chapter needs to deliver, personally, professionally, and financially.
If any of this sounds familiar — for you or for someone you know — I’d be glad to start a conversation.
