I’m a coach, educator, speaker, and author.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

My work is all about leadership and inclusion. I believe that the best way to lead people at work is to be inclusive, and being inclusive requires us to lead ourselves and others. So they are intimately linked.<\/span><\/p>

Inclusion starts with the recognition that what we have in common is that we are all different. That matters because we are all at our best – in work and in life – when our uniqueness is fully recognised and embraced.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

So inclusion is a basic human need. We all long to belong.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The good news is that we know how to be inclusive. The road ahead is about being ever more so.<\/p>

Learning to be more inclusive is the key to how we will grow and flourish as people in the 21st century.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

I’m skilled in designing and enhancing learning about inclusion for individuals and teams at work. My goal is getting better people to do better work. <\/span><\/p>

That means healthy relationships – where people are the best version of themselves, understand each other as human beings and colleagues, and get the job done well.<\/span><\/p>
